Mr. Floyd F. Kramer, age 92, of Cedar Crossing, died Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Oxley Park Health and Rehab in Lyons after an extended illness. He was born January 30, 1931, in Higgston, as a child moved to the Center Community, and attended Center School and Vidalia High School. He joined the U.S. Army in 1951 and served two years. After his military service, he moved to Bloomingdale where he lived several years, working …
