I met her in October 2007. She looked at me smoking her cigarette says will u be my sponser I said no I’m retired we just laughed. Drinking sonic dr peppers. She helped so many in the program. With that big heart. Don’t call till after 2 days of our lives is on. It later years it was spending the night eating chicken and dumplings.!!she was my family. I’ll never forget that laugh. And can u get me some sonic ice. I’m honored to call her my family and friend. Go chase those cowboys!!!

Willy Miller

Floy and I were close in high school and into our first marriages to Leroy and Sammye. We had some really good times in Odessa and Austin. I hate that we drifted apart after our divorces but it happens. We reconnected last year on Facebook, thanks to Pam. I’m so sad to hear she passed and will continue to pray fir the family. She will be missed by us all who knew her. She had invited me to a group the was in for recovering addicts. She knew it was close to my heart cause my brother was also a recovered addict. We were proud she got herself together. I supported her however she needed. I wish I could just go back qnd get closer but one day we will see each other again. Rest well cuz. See you in paradise.
