It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Fernande Andre, 51, of Cherry Hill, NJ.

We, the Andre family, are devastated by this loss.

BIOGRAPHY OF FERNANDE ANDRE

Fernande was born to her loving parents Mr. and Mrs. Dieufaine and Rezie Andre in Gonaïves, Haiti on October 31, 1971.  Fernande did her primary education in Potheno and Port-au-Prince, Haiti. She then migrated to the United States in 1987.

Fernande graduated from Irvington High School in Irvington, NJ, and went on to pursue an associate’s degree in Business Management from Berkeley College, followed by a bachelor's degree in Business & Healthcare Management at Strayer University which she successfully completed in 2021.  

Fernande was a loving and caring aunt to Wesbert Tyler Andre, Jhayenn Joyce Andre,  Isabelle Marlie Durand, Wesbert Andre Baptiste, and Mekki Andre. Fernande was passionate about her relationship with God, fashion, family, and patient advocacy. Her presence is sorely missed and her loss is deeply felt.

Fernande is preceded in death by her parents, Dieufaine Andre and Rezie Andre.

Fernande is survived by her siblings Wesbert Andre (sister in law Josette Durand Andre), Zirana Andre, Edwiche Andre, Rodney Andre, Dieufaine Andre Jr, and Monique Andre. Fernande's nieces and nephews, Wesbert Tyler Andre, Jhayenn Joyce Andre,  Isabelle Marley Durand, Wesbert Andre Baptiste, and Mekki Andre. Fernande's uncles Paul Exantus (Emmanuella), Dr. Sylvain Exantus (Irma), Jean Claude Andre, Beland Andre, Walner Andre, Flobert Andre, Anel Andre, Joseph Andre and Jetson Andre.  Fernande's aunts Gerome Aidee, Rosita Gabriel, Marie M. Toussaint, Carole Andre, Tida Exantus and a host of beloved cousins, family, and friends.
