We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Fernande Andre who departed from us on July 18, 2023. Born in Gonaives, Haiti on October 31, 1971, Fernande led a full life characterized by joy, compassion, and unwavering faith.

Fernande's infectious energy, radiant smile, and bubbly personality could light up any room she entered and became her trademark in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her. She had an innate ability to find happiness in the simplest things, instilling this joy in those around her.

Throughout her life, Fernande emphasized the importance of two lessons - that God is love and life is about compassion. These values were not only spoken words but were reflected in her daily actions. She displayed unconditional love and kindness, influencing others to embrace these values and live by them.

Among the things Fernande is remembered for are her remarkable achievements which speak volumes about her determination and resolve. She took immense pride in earning her degree, an accomplishment that was a testament to her dedication and hard work. However, her most significant achievement, according to her, was deepening her relationship with God through prayer, service to others, and ensuring patients and people in need were cared for properly through Patient Advocacy. Her faith was the influence that guided her every step and decision.

Fernande's legacy is one of kindness and generosity, values reflected in every aspect of her life. The love she showed everyone she met, the joy she found in small things, the value she placed on her faith, and her belief in love and compassion are her enduring legacy. We will remember, honor, and continue to learn from her as we walk our paths. Her spirit remains with us, continuing to inspire and guide us. We hope to uphold her legacy, living by the values she held dear.

Fernande's departure leaves a void that cannot be filled. Yet, our hearts are comforted, knowing that she lived her life to the fullest, impacting lives, and leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. As we mourn this loss, we also celebrate her life, cherishing every memory of her.
