It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected loss of our son and brother Evan Scott Winger. He graced our lives with his beautiful presence on New Year’s Day 1996, in Prince Rupert BC, and left this earth on Sunday 17 December 2023, remaining forever young in our hearts and minds. He touched all who knew him, as a boy and a man, with charm, kindness, compassion and joy. His smile was truly …
