Evan James Phifer, 41, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on April 25, 2025. He was born on April 19, 1984, and attended Orchard Farm High School.

Evan spent most of his life in the St. Charles and St. Louis area before relocating to the Kansas City area. He was the father of three beautiful children, Kaelee'Mae, Karson, and Maci. For many years, he ran a flooring and carpet-laying business alongside his father, Danny Lee Phifer.

He is survived by his children, Kaelee'Mae, Karson, and Maci; his mother, Mary Alewel (Rhubottom); sisters, Emily Gorman (Keith) and Victoria Alewel; nieces, Leanna and Ellee; nephew, Beau; Karson’s sister Autumn; Maci’s mother Kristen; and many friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Lee Phifer, Kaelee'Mae’s mother Amber Swafford, and Karson’s mother Elaine Norris.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6, from 4 PM to 7 PM at New Town Town Hall, 3300 Rue Royale St, St. Charles, MO 63301. Friends and family are welcome to come and go, share memories, and spend time together in Evan’s honor.
