Evan James Phifer, 41, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on April 25, 2025. He was born on April 19, 1984, and attended Orchard Farm High School.

Evan spent most of his life in the St. Charles and St. Louis area before relocating to the Kansas City area. He was the father of three beautiful children, Kaelee'Mae, Karson, and Maci. For many years, he ran a flooring and carpet-laying business alongside his father, Danny Lee …
