Eugene Williams Jr., affectionately known as "Mancy," was born April 3, 1953, in Climax, Georgia, to Eugene Williams and Ernestine (Hines) Williams. At the age of 9, he moved with his family to Newark, NJ, where he earned a full academic scholarship to Seton Hall University. Diligently working for the U.S. Postal Service to support his family, Eugene earned his Bachelor's degree in Education. With a passion for teaching, he began his career as a …
