I have many fond memories of working for Junior in the late 70’s pumping gas at the Irving Station. On many occasions we just sat on the bar stools in the restaurant and chatted. More recently we bought a couple of his paintings, one he did by request of Sheppardville that hangs over our dining room table. He was a good friend.
Uncle I’m going to miss our talks. You are an amazing soul. I have so many memories of you throughout my life. You were always so joyful and consistent from the first day that I remember you, till the last time we spoke. And that lifelong smile! I remember you always thinking about business opportunities, angles to prosper, and the courage it took for you to make those decisions. You were the last of the generation. The original OG. I will miss you. The only comforting aspect is that you’re now surrounded with love with all your family.. RIP to a life well lived!
