Geno was a genuinely great guy. I will miss his strong Irish character. He was a great neighbor with an infectious laugh. He was quick to help a neighbor and never short of funny stories. We shared a few cold beers over the years. We bonded over our Irishness. When he liked you, you were never in doubt that he’d be there for you. God bless him. He was definitely one in a million.
I was shocked and so saddened to hear of Geno’s passing. My sincere condolences to Katy, Anna, Maggie and all of Geno’s family. He was a great friend and I have lovely memories of our times together in London, whether in the Bunch, at parties, at London Irish or on rugby tours. May he rest in peace.
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I had met Geno a few times over the years, and we got on well and had good banter. I played at London Irish after he did, but we shared memories of our days there.
On behalf of Seattle Rugby Club please accept our heartfelt condolences.
