Zoom meetings usually have prompts that pop up on your screen that as questions like:
1. Do you want to join with your device's audio?
2. Do you want to turn your camera on?These prompts will ease your way but may not show up on all users' devices, so review the guide for more details. Other housekeeping items for the virtual component:
*Make sure your mic is on "mute" at all times, unless called upon. We are hoping you can use your camera; however, we may ask it to be turned off if we experience bandwidth issues. -
