Enoch Roach, age 82, died on August 1, 2019. He was born 12-15-1936 in Charlottesville, VA to the late Enoch B. Roach Sr. and Lillie Frances Shifflett Roach. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Enoch Russell Roach, his sister, Marie Roach Miller, and a grandson, Marcus Roach.
