She was born on February 24, 1951 in Haskerhorne, Netherlands. She moved to America with her family at the age of 4. Her family immigrated to Louisiana before ultimately ending up in New Jersey where Elly graduated from High School. At the age of 18 she met her future husband Roger in August of 1969 at a church conference in Florida. They …
