The first time I met β€œAuntie” Ellen was at the New Buffalo house during a party. I remember thinking how stunning and elegant she was! She was so kind to this tagalong stranger she had just met. Ellen had sense of humor like no other and oh was she witty. Some of the best one liners and comebacks I’ve ever heard!Β

So many great memories visiting Ellen and Tony in Marco. She was the best hostess, always taking care of us girls and making sure we had the best time. She tried teaching me her β€œspecial” dolphin call, I laugh thinking how silly we must have all sounded but it always worked when she did it. Janet and I talk about those trips often and I will cherish all those wonderful times. My heart goes out to you Tony, Beau , her family and all those that Ellen touched along the way. May your memories of her bring you comfort during this difficult timeΒ

My dear Ellen!!!! We didn't get a chance to say goodbye.... I keep laughing at this Dog picture you sent me!!!

Thinking of you and cherishing all our memories together!!!

Great times girl!!! You had one heck of a ride! You lived your life and had a great time doing it!!! You will be missed!!! I will miss our Chicago Bear and Viking rivalry!!! We love you and thank you for being you!!!! May you rest in peace and enjoy your eternal life with your family!!! God bless!!!

Love, Donna Stoico

I will always remember Ellen as a vivacious, fun-loving woman whose greatest joy was to be Tony’s first mate on the water. She was known for her graciousness as a hostess to those who joined them for happy hours on their boat or accompanied their flotillas along the coast and to the Bahamas. Ellen will be recalled for her kindness and warm heart.

Guy and Tony Β  - So sorry to her about Ellen .She was a super nice lady .You were both lucky to have her in your lives . Remember the good( great) times you had with her .
