Liz Bratsky, 41, of Colorado Springs passed away peacefully on February 28th, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Liz grew up in Colorado Springs, a town she always found her way back to. She worked as a Special Education teacher at Midland Elementary, on the west side where she found a home and a special place to help students. In the summers she liked to "beertend" at the Toad, spreading her infectious positivity. Liz …

There will be a celebration of life open house at the Smiling Toad Brewery on Saturday, March 4 between 12 noon and 4pm. The brewery is located at 2028 Sheldon Ave., Colorado Springs.
