Eleanor Jean (Pickering) McPartlin, 84, a resident of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, died Sunday, January 26, 2020 after a brief illness, surrounded by her family. Born in Cumberland, Maryland on April 2, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Isabel (Ewen) Pickering. The family moved to Baldwin, NY in 1946 where Ellie attended school with her older brother, Charlie, whom she adored.
