He could strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere, and make them feel seen and heard. His love for football, baseball and ice-hockey was unmatched, his passion was contagious whether he was cheering from the stands or talking stats at the kitchen table. He was generous with his love, the epitome of ‘FUNCLE’,  quick with a joke, and always made life more fun for everyone. I will miss him deeply and carry his spirit with me always.”
