So many memories come flooding in when thinking of Edward. How our families became neighbors and friends when we all moved to Covered Bridge; Ed starting to play hockey; learning how to drive in Kevin’s old Honda; having dinner at each others houses; Ed becoming a chef. He was always cheerful, always had a positive outlook, and such  a fighting spirit. He will be missed.

Being at the deli for over 3 years now, Ed was a reoccurring character in my life. Days of laughter, witty jokes back and forth, and just endless sports talk. And I mean endless. Truthfully he was a thorn in my side, relentless jokes, late night texts, and laughter that seemed it would never go away. Yet with the passing of him, it truly is painful. I guess the saying you never know when you’re making memories until they’re gone really does mean just that. Thank you Ed. For all the memories and laughter you shared with me and every guest at the deli. You truly were a friend I could be proud of.Â
My condolences to all of his family. It truly is a tough time.Â
