Edward's obituary
Ed and Marcy raised their seven children in Munster Indiana until relocating to Loveland in 1976. Ed has been an active member in the community developing several neighborhoods as a custom home builder. He not only served his community through his business, but also through his unwavering commitment to his church, Faith Evangelical. He was a devoted family man who’s quick witted humor was still present in his final hours. His vast wisdom that he has shared with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren leaves a lasting legacy.
Ed is survived by his wife Marcy of nearly 70 years, his children Diana Grit, Cheryl Lanting, Kathleen Doescher, Laurie Doescher, H. Brian Lanting, Garry Lanting and Son-In-Law Lou Biedron. His grandchildren Jennifer (Jeremy) Peterson, Justin (Rita) Grit, Matthew (Lesa)Biedron, Kristin (Solomon) Howes, Tiffany (TJ) Vervalin, Mark (Clara) Biedron, Michael (Cassie) Doescher, Cassandra Doescher (Matt Yoakum), Katie (Jonathan) Willhide, Joshua Lanting, Carissa Doescher, Jacob Lanting and 18 great-grandchildren (though Ed would always joke all his grandchildren are great).
