Diane and I were living together in the late 1970s, when she (the court reporter) met Ed (the attorney) in court one day. When she got home, she said something like, "I met this man today. I don't know how, but I think he's going to change my life." I think she was on to something...
Ed was a beauty: Dynamic, intelligent, greatly competitive, highly accomplished, handsome, generous, witty. Dearly loved by extended family & many friends. He was my brother-in-law. Words are truly inadequate to express condolences, but sending love to you all, dear sister Diane & beautiful children, & grandchildren!
