With a lot of love and under the circumstances, Faris has worked on putting together a short film for my dad. He presented it to me last night, I can't even put into words how much this means. I am so pleased to share my dad's memorial video with you all. This video gives you a glimpse into his life & his memorial service, which took place at the South Florida National Cemetery. Feel free to comment, share and show your love on the video ♡
On behalf of American Family Association, I want to express our heartfelt sympathy in the loss of Ed Benson. We appreciate both the love he had for our ministry and his prayers and support through the years.

I love seeing my dad's smile …
I love seeing my dad's smile in this. This was from a collage I made when sunshine and rebel decided to have puppies. It was an exciting time in the house. My dad had built a boxed off area in the corner dining room where sunshine could have them & one late night, we counted 13 puppies !! We ended up keeping them until they were old enough to go to their fur-ever homes. They were big enough to run and play in the back yard. We bathed each one, one by one.

As a child I was taught to point my finger in the air and say "Lets go Mets" . Look at that smile!

Brought my dad cake from The glass knife and gifts for his Birthday. He loved chocolate and buttercream. I painted him something special to let him know how much I loved him and brought him things to remind him of our dream trip we always talked about to Bora Bora.
My brother's daughter said so many amazing things about her dad: a voice you could never forget, loved to talk, tell stories, explain things, enjoyed keeping track of sports, politics, weather, aerospace, and the latest and greatest of technology, always working on computers, favorite teams were the NY Mets, Miami Hurricanes, Dolphins and Miami Heat, loved pit bulls, put the pedal to the metal, always prayed and very supportive of every one around him......I cannot say much more about this amazing man except one little thing - He had the most exquisite handwriting I have ever seen. His writing was like a fine piece art. I have saved many, many cards and the envelopes that they came in because the handwriting was so beautiful. I miss him so much.
