Obituary
On the afternoon of December 9, 2024, Edna (Ande) Hattie Herbert passed away peacefully in Forest Grove, Oregon, surrounded by family, including all five of her children. Ande was born to Stewart Mann Morris and Jacqueline Pearl Morris on March 15, 1949, in Fort Ord, California. Throughout her life, she exemplified determination, service, and compassion for all around her.

The memorial service will be held at 10am Pacific Time (11am MT, 1pm EST) in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints chapel in Brookings, Oregon. For those unable to attend, the service will be broadcast live on the Brookings Ward YouTube channel. The recorded broadcast will also be available to view for ~24 hours after the service, until Church services begin the following day.
