Jeffrey βDoverβ Miller, 66, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 11, 2025. He was born on August 30, 1958, in Dover, Ohio, where he spent his childhood and early years.
A man of simple joys and generous spirit, Dover dedicated his career to construction, excavating, and electrical work, proudly owning Dover Excavating for many years. He had an unmatched talent for fixing just about anything around the house and was the go-to β¦
