Douglas “Dougie” Francis Lowell, Jr. was welcomed into the world by his parents Douglas and Lillian Lowell on September 5, 1950 at Jordan Clinic in Fairhope, Al.
Sadly Doug fell asleep in death on September 5, 2021 at Thomas Hospital at the age of 71.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents Douglas Francis Lowell Sr, and Lillian Helen Robinson Lowell, his brothers Carrol, Wayne and Dennis Lowell, and his wife Linda Jo Manci …
