Mrs. Dorothy Anna “Dot” Dowdy Galbreath, age 98, of Vidalia died Sunday, February 18, 2024, at The Oaks Bethany in Vidalia after a brief illness. She was a homemaker and the oldest living member of the New Corinth Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, I.D Galbreath; parents, Marvin Dowdy and Mabel Polk Dowdy; and daughter-in-law, Dianne Galbreath.
