Mrs. Doris Powell Swann, age 94, died at Port Charlotte, Florida, on December 16, 2021. She was a native of Vidalia, Georgia, and had also lived in Limestone, Arlington, Macon, Unadilla, Athens, and Vidalia. She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church where her husband, Dr. Fred L. Swann, pastored there until his death. She was also a retired dental assistant.
