Doris (Bennett) Williams was born on April 20, 1952, in Wadesboro, NC. She died peacefully, in her sleep, at INOVA Alexandria Hospital on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, at 7:14 am. She was the daughter of the late Isaiah and Jestine (Caraway) Bennett. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Benjamin and Richard Bennett, and three sisters: Valeria (Bennett) Weathers, Fannie E. Bennett and Vivian O. Bennett.
