My heart is broken for the loss of Donna. We were beach neighbors and good friends. We were on the beach one day, laughing, talking, having a great time. Betty (her mother) sent word that dinner was almost ready. We kept talking, forgetting the time, until we saw Betty come over the dune. Boy did we ever jump up, pack up in a flash. We had many laughs about that later. We laughed a lot when we were together. She will be sorely missed. Sending my love and condolences 🙏.

I've known Donna for over 13 years. She was my work mother, supervisor and friend. Her integrity, honesty and dedication shined through everything she did; extending to her work ethic, her relationships with her colleagues, friends and most of all her family. Donna inspired me to be my best by guiding me towards a greater purpose in my career. Work life tends to be separate from family life, but what we all had with Donna was a family - our little family within OVW. There are people we come across that have such a great impact in our life and can never be forgotten no matter how much time has passed. Donna is one of those people.
