There are a lifetime of memories that I had with my baby sister Donna. Each memory is stored in a treasure box never to be forgotten. I know these memories will surface for the rest of my life to bring happiness, laughter, sadness or just the remembrance of a moment with her. I will cherish them all. A piece of my heart was taken the day that she left. That piece will be returned the day I see her again. I miss you Donna. I will love you forever.
Donna was an absolutley amazing women and coworker. I am deeply saddened by her passing. I pray God gives you strength to endure during this time.

Donna wasn't just my supervisor, she was a mentor, friend, support system. She gave me a chance at OVW and I’ve been able to learn and grow so much from her. She was always honest and truly a genuine person. She knew how to talk to us, motivate us, and get on us when we were lacking. I am glad that I was able to meet and experience a person as great as Donna and I will continue to go through life striving to be as genuine as she was. She will be missed and prayers to the family.
I worked with Donna Jean at OVW, and she was such a wonderful person.  What you see is what you get with her.  I loved that she was genuine.  I loved her wit and I loved that she spoke her mind in love!  We need more folks in the world like her, and I am heartbroken that she had to leave too soon.  To her family, I send my sincere condolences, for I can't even imagine what you all are going through.  She had such a presence, and she truly brightened any room she entered (I can still hear her laugh).   May she make Heaven a little brighter!  God Bless the family!  -- Angie Wood

I am so very sorry for  your loss.  Praying for strength.

To the family,
May care and love of those around you provide comfort and peace to get you through the days ahead. My most sincere condolences.

Royace ( coworker/friend)
I met Donna many years ago when I started work at FEMA. I remember how intimidated I was by how incredibly smart she was only to find out later what an amazing teacher and supervisor she would be. I went on to join Donna at OVW where, with much patience, support, and compassion she built our financial team. Her passion and dedication for her work and family set an inspiring example for all of us. She was truly a one of kind supervisor, friend, mother and wife. I am heartbroken and will miss her so very much. Much love and prayers to her family that she loved so dearly.
I am deeply saddened to hear of Donna's passing. I have so many childhood memories of the neighborhood families at the top of Fourth Street. My sincere condolences to each and every member of her family. I am so very sorry for your loss.     Julie Anne Davis Cutler

I’m so sorry to learn to Donna’s passing.  My heart aches for Dale & their children.  I have some great memories of Donna from way back when … when we were many years younger; a true “Angel on Earth”.   I will pray for comfort for all those she held dear and offer condolences to those that will miss her the most.  Trust that one day you’ll be reunited with her in Gods Kingdom and she’ll be welcoming you with open arms, a beautiful smile and a healthy body.  Godspeed, Donna.
Thoughts and prayers for the family and friend during this transition. We need to hug and smile like she did every time she saw us. she loved everyone!

Through the fight she fought in the end she won. Rest In Peace Donna. We will forever miss your youthful smile and your sincere heart.  Prayers for Dale, Andrew, Jacob and Hannah may you find comfort in the loving memories, hold them close and smile the way she did when remembering her.

Love y’all.
