Donna Ruth Fincher, 77, passed away on December 02, 2022, after a short battle with Alzheimer's disease with her family at her side.

Donna, born on October 04, 1945 to two loving parents, Robert, and Madeline Weingart in Jamaica Queens, New York. She was a bundle of joy from the very beginning, and she was the center of her parents lives. Donna was a very proud military brat, and moved around throughout her childhood. After …
