Donald Leon Wise, 72, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on October 23 at his home in Springtown, TX . Known to his friends as "Don", he was a local business man in the Permian Basin for 40 years. He provided materials for building and construction as well as the oil industry. He supported many programs in the Permian Basin, provided playground turf, and sat on the board of a local theater company. …
