Don Louie Allen, 81, of Saint Louis MO, passed away on 12/16/2020 after a hospitalization.
Don was born on 12/28/1938 to Marjorie Keys and Don Allen in Cairo Illinois. He moved to East Saint Louis after graduating High School.

After graduation, he landed his first job as a Mail Man for the United States Postal Service. In 1961 he was drafted into the United States Army and was discharged due to injury while serving.
