Dino W. Newring was born on May 23rd, 1956 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the son of the late Eunice and Tommy G. Newring Sr. He was the fifth child born to his parents and had fond memories of growing up with his five siblings.

Dino attended Madison Elementary, Herron Hill Jr. High, and Schenley High School, where he graduated in 1974. Upon graduation, he attended Dean School of Technology. Dino had a strong work …
