So sorry for your loss

Dee and I have been friends since 1999 when I joined a cake club and realized that we had already met at Valencia Baking classes.  Since we both loved cake decorating our friendship developed and we began to work together until we finally had a little shop where we baked and decorated cakes and cookies and just enjoyed each others company.  She referred to me as her "other hand" because she could call me at 7 am with a problem or question about a cake she would be working on and we would talk until the problem was solved.  In reality we were "each others' hands" because we worked and helped each other any time we could.  We became like sisters who would always tell each other their hurts and feel better after talking.  We never had an argument and she was always ready to console me if I needed it.  I loved her and will miss her cheerful smile and laughter.  God bless you Dee and I know Jesus is waiting to welcome you to his home. 

Hello I am a childhood friend of Marcel but really his brothers also. We all grew up in the same neighborhood and continue to be friends to this day. To Dwight, Kirk, Marcel, Sean and Pops….I am so glad that when I was down there in 2016 I decided to just stop by the house and glad I got to see her and say hi. Especially since I hadn’t seen her since I was a teen. Even though I moved away 22 years ago I thought about Diedre “ Moms” and everyone else all the time! I am sorry for your loss!
