Happy Heavenly Birthday!!  Only met you one time at my daycare.  I know you must be an awesome person because your son Marcel is the best!!  We love your grandsons Ari and Sir!!  Thank you for being the force for them to enter into this world and allowing us to have input into Ari and Sir!

Miss D, as I called you and you would say my girl! How much that meant to me!!! I am going to miss herring that. Every time we would meet at Yuvi’s house it was like a pea and pod we had each other’s back rolling our eyes to Marcel’s request but would get them done just so we can continue laughing together. I am going to miss all of that 😭 loved your Jamaican beef patty you made with so much love!!! Why now… want you to know that I will take care of Ari and Sir for you just as you would… Rest In Peace Miss D

My deepest condolences Teddy to you and your family.  I remember visiting you guys when you lived in Fort Lauderdale with my Uncle Al and Aunt Vangie. You were both  so gracious.  

My mother, Dawn,  also sends her deepest condolences and wants you to know we’re praying for you and your family.  Dawn says Deidre was a great lady. May she Rest In Peace.

My beautiful Dee Dee was not only my friend but a sister. She was a diamond in the rough with a heart of gold. When we lost our grandson she was the first to rush over to our house and we cried in each other’s arms. I knew then I had a friend for life. She had one of the best laughs and sense of humor I have ever known. I will miss her love , our conversations on the driveway, and her rejected cakes. I wish our 24 year friendship would have lasted longer. My heart is broken and I miss you dearly. I love you Dee Dee.

How do you turn a ride into a lifetime friendship? This says it all. I love you Dee and you will forever be in my heart. Thank you for that ride you gave me 20 years ago, my parties in your immaculate yard, and most of all for showing the world that you don’t need to know a different language to be a true friend. The language you spoke to my family was love. How did you manage to love and talk to grandma all this time with smiles, hugs, laughter and a few words?. You were a wonderful friend to Mom and with smiles, a handful of words and kitchen fun decorating cakes also won her heart over. Rest In Peace with the Lord, Mom and love ones.

Diedre, my sister-in-law even thought we didn’t talk as often as we should, each time we talk or see each other it’s like we haven’t missed a day. I can’t believe you are gone but I know you are with Dad, Mama, Derrick, Marcel and Norma. RIP my beautiful sister
