Diana M. Kelley (née Halsey), 75, was called home for her eternal rest on December 25, 2022, after a short illness.
Diana was born on October 25, 1947, in Brooklyn, NY, spent her childhood in Wichita, KS, and lived most of her adult life in Edmond, OK. She graduated from Cottey College and earned her B.A. in Education from Wichita State University in 1969. In the 1970s, she received a direct commission to First Lieutenant …
