Deryle Allen was born on July 15, 1961 in Washington, DC, to James and Hasteen Allen. He was the youngest of their 8 children. In his early years, Deryle attended DC Public schools, and after his family relocated to Maryland, he went on to graduate from Fairmont Heights High School in 1980.
After graduating, Deryle pursued his interest in studying electrical wiring. He took night classes at Crossland High School, and then enrolled in the …
