With only a few days remaining, we have more details to share to help you prepare for this opportunity to celebrate our dad, Dennis Slough.
Please join us in celebrating our Dad's life through one of his favorite events: Geezer Happy Hour!
If you knew our dad, I'm sure you would agree that he would be much happier knowing that we are remembering and celebrating him through music, fun, and dancing!
Order of events:
4:00 pm Join and mingle with friends and family of Dennis. At any point in the evening we'll have the opportunity to write down our cherished memories to be collected and enjoyed by his daughters and grandkids, helping us to see even more of how he impacted the people who knew him!
4:30 pm Eulogies will be shared.
5:00 pm Salmagundi (https://www.salmagundi-a2.com/) will be performing live from 5-8, time to dance with the enthusiasm of Dennis Slough. We have been having living room dance parties with him for decades and are happy to be able to enjoy this extension of his enjoyment of dance with everyone together.
8:00 pm Thank you to everyone able to come and grieve and laugh and dance and remember all the good in our dad!
Of course, there is a cash bar and there will be light appetizers. And Dad wouldn't have wanted anyone to be uncomfortable and unable to dance, so just dress comfortably in your boogie clothes!
