Dennis's obituary

Dennis Kanthack, 59, was born on February 24, 1961 to Eleanor and Bob Kanthack. Dennis grew up in Ventura, CA along side with his sister, Nanci Kelley. Dennis lettered in basketball at Ventura High School and graduated 1979. During that time he had become an accomplished pianist and a keyboard player in a local band. He then attended UCSB. He worked at Chevron for many years before starting his career as a Restoration Project Manager with the County of Ventura in 1990, retiring in 2015. Dennis was survived by his two children, Tristan (22) and Tabitha (20) as well as his sister Nanci and her husband, Keith.
He enjoyed going out to eat with his sister Nanci and her husband Keith weekly. He also often enjoyed dinner with his two children. He passed away unexpectedly on November 20, 2020 due to complications followed by a surgical procedure.

His family deeply appreciates all of the love, support, and prayers as they navigate this difficult time.

While working to locate additional answers as to Dennis' cause of death, his family has endured additional costs. All donations will be covering hospital care and after death expenses.
