After a difficult battle from the complications from a stroke, Debra "Debbie" Rucks passed away peacefully on November 14, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in Urbana, IL to Lonnie and Emma Rucks, Debra was described as a hand full to some and the life of the party to others. Debra was passionate about reading from a very young age and read countless number of books over the years. Her true passion was cooking …
