It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mom, Debra Marshall Fogarty, who left us on May 12, 2025 in Beaufort, SC. She was a vibrant soul, a fierce protector, and the glue that held our family together. A devoted wife to Paul and mother to four children: David Marshall, Andy Marshall, Paul Fogarty, Jr., and Caitlin Fogarty. She was a proud “g-mommy” to Kaleb Marshall, Sophia Marshall, …
