Debra Carroll passed away on July 24th, 2025 at Johns Hopkins Hospital after a complicated battle against Myelofibrosis, a cancer of the bone marrow. Debra, more commonly referred to as Debbie, was born in Worcester, Massachusetts to Elina “Mobilio” Palermo and Armando Joseph Palermo on July 19th, 1956. Debbie grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts.
