Debra Bedard, 69, of Chester, MD, passed away on February 11, 2023 after a brief, sudden battle with an illness.
Debra was born on March 20, 1953 to Robert Marks and Diane Bower in Queens, NY. After high school, she went on to her first job as a certified nursing assistant for nursing homes and also working with children with mental disabilities. She later went on to be a retail manager for 10 years before …
