Debby's obituary

Debby Ives passed away on September 4th, 2022, in Missoula, Montana.

Debby was born on March 1, 1954, in Oregon, to Jeannette and Earl Downing. In 1962, the family moved to Stevensville Montana where Debby graduated in 1972. On June 1, 1974, Debby married her sweetheart, Frank Ives. Together they would adopt 6 children and foster many more. Debby's love of children led her to Victor School where she worked as a paraprofessional for more than 20 years. After her retirement, Debby just enjoyed being a wife, sister, mother, and grandmother.

Debby went to join her beloved daddy Earl, her sister Allie, and her grandson Damon in Heaven.

Debby is survived by her mother Jeannette Downing, her husband Frank Ives, her children Sarah (Jackson) Ives, Janna Ives, Shawn (Deserie) Ives, Erica (Rob) Ives, Marshall (Melaina) Ives, Aliza (Markus) Ives, Her sisters Nancy Brown, Sherry (Ray) Robinson, Becky (Greg) Zimmerman, Suzy (Doug) McEachran, Pammie (Andy) Kramer. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and very large extended family.
