I worked with DeAndre every day at school. When he didn't want to do something he would close his eyes.  Then I would wait till he opened them. I loved working  with him.
I love you DeAndre I think about you all the time and today was no different. Continue to watch over me and your siblings we love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm his grandmother. My love for him is eternal. Not only with his passing but his spirit. Touches me everyday. I'm in tears on this post but I feel his heart  right next to me. But his life has forever changed mine. I love him always he is in my heart that strength me everyday. everyday. 🙏 Amen.
DeAndre, it has been 2 years. Sorry I missed your funeral. I was out of town. The 5 years we worked together I will never forget. I have a piece of your artwork hanging in my house. One day I hope to see you again. Mr. Tom

I miss my precious grand son. Whose body went away. I know that Jesus has him, his spirit still lives on even on this day. I love you always from Grandma's.cy
I miss you so much son.I know one day in my heart we will be together again in heaven. I love you and can’t wait to see u again.
Thinking of my beautiful great-nephew that took wings and flew one year ago today, gone but never forgotten, I love you and I will see you in heaven baby 💕🎈
So sorry to hear of De'Andre passing. I remember how adorable he was. Being in a room with him or just around him reminded me to always remain humble. He has transitioned and on another level. He's free from this world. I'll continue to pray for the family. Stay strong as you possibly can.

There was a time when De'Andre signed very little and often did not acknowledge you as you passed him in the hallway. But as he matured and learned about school, he blossomed into a playful happy young boy with a silly grin. Everytime I signed good morning, he looked up, smiled, and signed good morning back to me. I will miss his playful heart and silly grin but it will not be forgotten.
I had De’Andre in my art class every year from the first year he came to Horace Mann. He had a smile that lit up everyone’s spirits and a laugh that make me laugh along with him. His love and devotion to Mr. Tom always made my heart swell. I will miss De’Andre dearly.

De’Andre was such a sweet boy! My daughter, Joy loved him so much. I am absolutely heartbroken to learn of his passing. We will be lifting all of you up in prayers during this difficult time.
De’Andre worked so hard at school. He enjoyed going through matching flash cards because he could slap them down and laugh!
