Background
De’Andre was a beautiful light in our world. He was such a happy child always smiling and teaching us all the true meaning of miracles. De’Andre was born with a rare condition called Di’George syndrome (a rare chromosome disorder). De’Andre faced immense adversity as a newborn and we were told that he would not survive. Through the power of prayer he lived and he thrived for 11 years. Even with all of his health challenges, De’Andre was resilient! He taught us all how to be tough, how to smile always, and how to make the most of the life we have been given. He leaves behind a young single mother ( De’Recka D. Merchant) and three younger siblings (Brielle 8, Dayon 5, and Dayona 3). This young family does not have the resources needed to provide a proper memorial. We are asking for donations to help. Any amount you can give will be a blessing, thank you!
