David Edward Posey (78), of Homosassa, FL, passed away Wednesday February 21st . David was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Harry Posey and Grace Myers Posey. When David was 9 they moved the family to Gulfport, Florida where David quickly fell in love with the sea and became an avid sailor. As a teenager he was featured in Yachting Magazine as the winner of One of A Kind Race. David attended Boca Ciega High School …
