David's obituary
He was born May 24, 1955 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Carl Raymond Palmer and Helen Marie Palmer Powell.
David was an avid Washington Football fan and loved tinkering with anything mechanical. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three bothers Carl Palmer, Carlos Palmer, and Murven Palmer Sr.
David is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marion Palmer of Manassas Park, VA; two daughters, Kristen Barrett (Simon) of Knoxville, TN and Amanda Palmer of Manassas Park, VA; five brothers, Roger Palmer (Sherry) of Manassas Park, VA, William Palmer (Rhonda) of Coeburn, VA, Paul Palmer (Frankie) of Jacobsburg, OH, Greg Palmer (Karen) of Warrenton, VA, and Robert Palmer of Jacobsburg, OH; five sisters, Norma Tucker of Shadyside, OH, Patricia Wallace of St Clairsville, OH, Marcia Arn (John) of Pineland, SC, Sarah Arn (Roger) of Pineland, SC, and Melissa Palmer of Knob Noster, MO.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
