David Lewis Palmer, 65, of Manassas Park, VA passed away May 8, 2021 at his home.
He was born May 24, 1955 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Carl Raymond Palmer and Helen Marie Palmer Powell.
David was an avid Washington Football fan and loved tinkering with anything mechanical. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with family.
