On a perfect day in Duxbury, Dave was laid to rest in a beautiful ceremony led by Unitarian minister with about 40 relatives and friends gathered around. A reception was later held at the historic Winslow House, which was quintessentially fitting as David and his family have deep interest and roots in historic preservation.
